CONSULTANCY.

Anibreed provides both individual services (one on one) as well as group training. Moreover, both online and physical contact training sessions can be conducted. BIOGAS PLANT CONSTRUCTION.

The rapidly increasing population in Uganda increases the demand for more energy. More demand with a limited supply of energy increases its price and, therefore, making it unaffordable by low-income earners. Hence, Anibreed helps the farmer to produce readily available and affordable energy from animal manure. The energy produced from biogas provides enough light for both farmers and their animals. Additionally, it can be used to provide heat in brooders thus saving trees that would be cut for charcoal. A farmer can also use the heat for domestic purposes. 

FARM DESIGN.

Anibreed's group of engineers transforms a farmer's dream into reality. They help the farmer to design farm and farm structures while considering the animals' welfare. The design is commensurate to the farmer's needs and available capital, however, the possibility of future expansion is put into perspective. 

PREGNANCY DIAGNOSIS.

One of the greatest challenges farmers face is longer Non-Productive Days (NPD). These are the days when a sow is neither pregnant nor lactating. The longer NPD is mainly due to poor conception rates and the farmer fails to notice it on time. Therefore, with the 3D ultrasound scan, Anibreed is able to detect a sow that missed conception as early as 14 days. This helps a farmer to make a proper management decision on time so as to increase the number of litters/sow/year.

ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION.

Semen from proven boars is administered directly into the sow in the absence of a physical boar. This method increases the boar's reproductive potential as semen from a single boar can serve hundreds of sows which is hard in natural mating systems. Additionally, there are limited incidences of disease transmission and most importantly, reduced costs incurred as a result of rearing a boar.

VETERINARY SERVICES.

The team of veterinary doctors is readily available to provide guidance and teach the farmer biosafety and biosecurity measures as well as treating sick animals.
